I found the hotel staff very helpful. They spoke fluent English, very useful. The room was spacious. It included a fridge and a hairdryer. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom included shampoo, hair conditioner, and soap from a known brand.

I experienced a small issue. The hotel deactivated our room cards one night (while holding our personal hotel). We had to pay additional fees to get them reactivated.

The breakfast included a great selection of food choices (especially the croissants!). The quality was high, and I found the options quite satisfying to start the day.

i loved how clean and tidy the hotel was! the staff was super friendly and always ready to help with anything. my room had comfy bedding and plenty of space for my things (always a plus!). i would happily stay there again.

the only downside was some noise from the street at night. lighter curtains could have made the room even better for sleeping in.
